Stop the Weeds of Discontent Before They Ruin Your Workplace

Why are some work environments toxic and distracting while others are fun, energetic, collaborative, and highly productive? Look at the leader; what is he or she doing? Toxic workplaces exist because the leader is either actively encouraging and participating in this behavior (get out of there), or they are ignoring it. This post will address the leader who is allowing weeds to overtake his garden through his own negligence.
