You can look for a place to park your butt for 40+ hours a week, or you can look for a place that is going to help you develop into a valuable product you can sell to the next guy at a much higher salary. When looking for a job, one of the most important things to consider is the opportunities you will have to learn and to grow. Will you get an opportunity to learn skills that advance you down your career path? Will you get new responsibilities that let you grow in new directions?
